When making an appointment with Elle Hair & Beauty, you agree to the following policies.
To avoid disappointment, please ensure you are familiar with these policies before booking!
A 20% deposit is required to request an appointment. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to the total cost of your services.
Once your deposit is paid, your booking request will be reviewed. We confirm all bookings within 24 hours- your appointment is not final until you receive a confirmation from us.
Cancelling within 12 hours of your appointment will incur a 30% fee of the total cost of services booked.
No-shows (not attending your appointment without notice) will incur a 50% fee of the total cost of services booked.
Your 20% deposit will be applied towards any cancellation or no-show fees.
Any remaining balance owed will be charged to the card on file.
If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but we may need to shorten or adjust your service to avoid delays for the next client.
If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fees.
