Deposits
A 20% deposit is required to request an appointment. This deposit is non-refundable and will be applied to the total cost of your services.
Booking Requests & Confirmation
Once your deposit is paid, your booking request will be reviewed. We confirm all bookings within 12 hours- your appointment is not final until you receive a confirmation from us.
Cancellations
Cancelling within 12 hours of your appointment will incur a 30% fee of the total cost of services booked.
No-Shows
Not attending your appointment without notice will incur a 50% fee of the total cost of services booked.
Payment of Fees
Your deposit will be applied towards any cancellation or no-show fees.
Any remaining balance owed will be charged to the card on file.
Running Late
If you are running late, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but we may need to shorten or adjust your service to avoid delays for the next client.
Rescheduling
If you need to reschedule, please give at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid cancellation fees.
Please come early to account for time to find free on-street parking.
There is also parking available at the Sunnynook Community Centre (3 hours free) or Countdown (2 hours free), which is a 2 minute walk from our salon.
We do not have EFTPOS available, but we do accept cash and bank transfer (which should be made on premises).
We offer electronic gift vouchers which will be emailed to you upon payment. Please email us the name of recipient/gifter, the amount you would like to gift and a special message (optional) and we will give you payment instructions.
Due to the salon having limited space, we can only accomodate 3 people at a time, and if there are other clients there, this may not be possible. Therefore we recommend not to bring your children unless your child is getting a hair cut at the same time as your appointment.
If you have an infant/toddler, you may also bring them, but please let us know before hand so we can make sure to accomodate space for your child. Please note your children must be under adult supervision at all times.
Unfortunately we do not offer men's services. Thank you for understanding!
